The Commentary says: This hexagram has the upper trigram as Zhen (Thunder) and the lower trigram as Li (Lightning). This hexagram is formed by the combination of two different trigrams, the lower one being Li (Fire) and the upper one Zhen (Thunder), representing thunder and lightning, achieving great success, symbolizing reaching the peak, like the sun at its zenith. It warns us to pay attention to the possibility of things turning in the opposite direction. Turmoil and order, prosperity and decline are interdependent, and change is inevitable. One must be vigilant.
Career: It is currently in a very prosperous period, everything is going smoothly, and great achievements have been made. But one must be aware of the initial signs of decline, guard against arrogance and complacency.
