The Image says: Wood grows in the earth, which represents ascending. The wise person follows virtue, gradually accumulating small things to become great.

Chapter 46 of the 64 Hexagrams of the I Ching

Image says A scholar seeking divination will gain fame, business and trade will prosper, artisans will have good transactions, and farmers will have a bountiful harvest.

This hexagram is formed by the combination of two different trigrams (below Xun, above Kun). Kun represents earth and obedience; Xun represents wood and humility.
