What is the Lunar March 3rd?

The passage in the "Analects" about "In the late spring, the spring clothes are ready, with five or six adults and six or seven children, bathing by the Yi River, enjoying the wind at Wu Yu, and singing as they return" and the "Preface to the Orchid Pavilion" mentioning "drinking by the flowing stream" are both related to the Shangsi Festival.
