In North America, most families open gifts on the morning of Christmas Day. For divorced families, children may celebrate separately with either father or mother. What is the significance of Christmas Eve?

Christmas is the birthday of Jesus Christ, the Savior, and is a holiday established to commemorate the birth of Jesus.
