The Army Day was established in the Gregorian calendar year 1933.
The Nanchang Uprising on August 1, 1927, fired the first shot of the Communist Party of China's armed resistance against the reactionary forces of the Kuomintang, marking the beginning of a new era of independent leadership by the Communist Party of China in armed revolution, and the birth of a new type of people's army. In 1933, the Provisional Central Government of the Chinese Soviet Republic decided to set August 1st each year as the anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army. After the establishment of the new China, August 1st became the Army Day of the People's Liberation Army of China.

What can you give to the soldiers on Army Day

Black Socks
The military regulations state that socks must be pure black. It is recommended to choose mid-calf, pure black, and cotton socks.
Steam Eye Mask
There is a saying in the military: "If you don't nap at noon, you'll suffer in the afternoon." In the military, it is necessary to take a nap at noon. A steam eye mask can block the light and protect the eyes.
Shoe Insoles
This should be chosen according to the daily work of the soldier. If the person has a lot of exercise and training, high-elasticity sports insoles should be selected, because high-elasticity ones are more comfortable for the feet and less likely to cause blisters.
Back Support
Protecting the waist is particularly important, because the waist is the source of strength, and standing guard and training are especially prone to lower back strain. It is recommended to choose a back support with elastic support strips and breathability, which can assist in daily standing and training without causing heat.
