Is it good to be born in the "Wei" hour as a dragon zodiac sign?

Dragon born in the "Wei" hour:
Sun shines high, many troubles occur, although there may be financial loss, success is eventually achieved.
Dragons born between 1-3 p.m. have a character that is upright and capable, diligent, and not willing to rest. They lack support from relatives and siblings, and have no foundation from ancestors. They build their own careers from scratch. Later years are full of complications, unable to accumulate wealth. They have a strong ability to earn money but lack the means to do so. This life is like a spider's web, which is complete in the morning but incomplete at night. They experience repeated failures and successes, gradually building up a family, but then face sudden setbacks. Only after the later years will they become valuable and gradually prosper.

Who is the guardian Buddha of the dragon zodiac sign?

The guardian Buddha of the dragon zodiac sign is Samantabhadra Bodhisattva (the Universal Worthy). The birthday of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva is the 21st day of the second lunar month.
Samantabhadra Bodhisattva is known as Samantabhadra. He assisted Shakyamuni Buddha in promoting the Buddhist path and is present throughout the ten directions, often serving as the crown prince among the disciples of all Buddhas. He is one of the three holy ones of the Avatamsaka Sutra, along with Shakyamuni Buddha and Manjushri Bodhisattva. Therefore, the "Samantabhadra Practices Sutra" states: “By the power of the Samantabhadra Practices, he appears before all the Buddhas.” It also says: “Among the ten directions of the Buddhas, there is a son whose name is the honored Samantabhadra.” Samantabhadra Bodhisattva can praise the infinite merits of all the Buddhas, perform supreme offerings, carry out great Buddhist activities, and help countless sentient beings. His wisdom is profound, and his vows and practices are deep, only the Buddha can know them. Samantabhadra Bodhisattva has endless practices and vows, and he manifests in dust particles, teaching and transforming sentient beings according to conditions. According to historical records, the ancient Buddhist master Shide of China was a manifestation of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva. One day, the monk Fenggan of Guoqing Temple on Tiantai Mountain was walking by the Chicheng Road when he heard a child crying in the grass. Approaching, he saw a child around ten years old. When asked for his name, the child replied, “I have no home, no surname, and no name.” Master Fenggan felt compassion for him and took him back to Guoqing Temple, assigning him as a tea boy in the kitchen. Since he was found, he was named "Shide" (meaning "found"). Samantabhadra Bodhisattva is known as the "Ten Great Vows," and the Lotus Sutra states that if one sincerely believes and reveres Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, he will appear with other great Bodhisattvas to protect and guard this person, ensuring peace and safety, free from all烦恼 and demonic disturbances. The "Samantabhadra Sutra of Longevity" states that Samantabhadra Bodhisattva possesses the incomprehensible power to extend life and increase longevity. Samantabhadra Bodhisattva is the symbol of virtue and great vows, representing truth. He guides with wisdom and confirms with practice, advancing both knowledge and action to fulfill the aspirations of those seeking enlightenment. Thus, he is also called the "Great Practice Samantabhadra Bodhisattva." Samantabhadra Bodhisattva quietly protects those born in the Year of the Dragon, helping them achieve their greatest wishes, eliminate various troublemakers, enhance leadership authority, and make their lives fulfilling and happy.
Therefore, those born in the Year of the Dragon who sincerely wear or offer the image of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, the guardian Buddha of their zodiac sign, can receive the protection of the Bodhisattva, avoid disasters and evils, gain extended longevity, and have unexpected gains.
