The virtuous fear them, while the wicked are afraid of them. If the star is in a favorable position, it brings power and wealth. If the palace is auspicious and the star is powerful, it is considered proper. If the palace is inauspicious and the star is powerful, it is considered improper. If the star is in an unfavorable position, it leads to a strange personality, unreasonable behavior, dull speech, and an unpleasant appearance. For women, if the star is in a favorable position, she becomes strong-willed, with the ambition of a man, surpassing her husband, having both inner and outer authority, and can become a noble lady if there are many auspicious stars, but often takes over her husband's authority, making him afraid of her. The birth hour is the moment when the sprout breaks through the soil. However, the sprout needs sunlight to grow. At the "Mao" hour, the sky brightens, and sunlight appears, allowing growth. This means: the Destiny Palace is the moment when the plant sprouts and breaks through the soil to receive sunlight. Therefore, the method of determining the Destiny Palace is to count backward to find the birth month, then add the birth hour to that month. The month represents the embryo, and the hour represents the birth. At this point, it is actually the moment when the embryo is born. However, after the embryo is born, it needs to see the sunlight to grow. To see the sunlight, one must wait until daylight arrives. So, starting from the birth point, count forward to "Mao" (the hour of dawn), and this "Mao" position is the Destiny Palace. This is how the Destiny Palace originates.
