Ziwei Dou Shu: Who Is Prone to Being Robbed
From the perspective of Ziwei Dou Shu, stars related to theft include Tanlang, Jumen, Wenqu with an ill omen, Yinsha, Dikong, Dijie, etc. The sectors associated with theft are the Wealth Sector, the Brothers Sector, the Friends Sector, and the Estate Sector. If in the year of the Earthly Branch, the Estate Sector has Jumen with an ill omen, combined with Qinyang and Dijie, it is easy for the house to be robbed. If the Friends Sector has Jumen and Dijie, and the Wealth Sector has Wuqu with an ill omen, then one is likely to be cheated out of money. If the Wealth Sector has Jumen with an ill omen, then one may lose money or be robbed.
In general, when using Ziwei Dou Shu to interpret events, we look at the nature of the sector and the star, known as "Xiang" in professional terms, which refers to symbolic associations. The "Xiang" of being robbed means that in sectors related to money, there appear stars associated with theft. The various situations of being robbed mentioned above are derived from this symbolic association. Besides Jumen, other stars such as Tianji or Lianzhen with an ill omen in relevant wealth sectors may also indicate robbery. For example, if a woman's phone is stolen on a bus, it could be due to Tianji, representing machines, or even mobile phones, and Lianzhen, representing precision instruments, which can also be interpreted as a mobile phone.
Sometimes, being robbed isn't too bad—it can be seen as a way to eliminate misfortune. However, in some cases, the thief might struggle when caught, turning a theft into a robbery, or even directly encountering a robbery. According to Ziwei Dou Shu, the most important star associated with robbery is Dijie. Why is Dijie related to robbery? Because it contains the character "Jie" (robbery), right? Exactly. Ziwei Dou Shu relies on the literal meaning of words—seeing the word "Jie" implies being robbed, seeing the word "Tai" can be interpreted as "lift," "highlight," or "marketing." Seeing the word "Ju" indicates "big," and seeing the word "Fu" can be thought of as a house... In fact, this was intentionally designed by ancient people when naming these stars. Apart from Dijie, which includes the word "Jie," there are also Wuqu (Wealth Star), Tanlang, and Jumen, which are also related. However, robbery is generally connected with Qinyang because Qinyang represents a knife.
Therefore, the ancient books say, "Wuqu and Qinyang, holding a knife for wealth." It's easy to understand—Wuqu represents wealth, and Qinyang represents a knife. Holding a knife for wealth, what would you do? Robbery! If it's connected with Qinyang, it's still manageable. But if it's connected with Qinyang and Hongluan, it's not so good. Qinyang is a knife, and Hongluan represents red, which is also related to knives and red... What kind of situation would arise? It's self-explanatory. In summary, using Ziwei Dou Shu to predict being robbed involves checking the Estate Sector (representing home), the Wealth Sector (representing money), the Brothers Sector (which is the Estate Sector of the Wealth Sector, representing money in hand), and the Friends Sector (representing others). If any of these sectors show signs related to theft or robbery, there is danger. If the Illness Sector is also poor and has stars like Qinyang and Hongluan, it is best not to go out alone, otherwise it could be very dangerous.
