However, everyone's fortune is different; some people get their wealth early, while others may have it delayed. This information can all be found in the Eight Characters. So, do you know how to assess whether a woman has an opportunity for unconventional wealth through her Eight Characters?

In the Eight Characters, the year stem and branch are the person's auspicious or supportive elements. The easiest and simplest way to gain wealth is if one's parents or elders are wealthy. If the elders are the supporting element, it means they can help or provide protection from ancestors and elders. Many "rich second generations" fall into this category where the year stem and branch are auspicious or supportive elements.

The Eight Characters inherently contain a secondary wealth element. When the right time comes, wealth naturally arrives. For example, for those with a Bing (丙) day pillar, if there is a Shen (申) in the earthly branches, for Ding (丁) day pillars, if there is an You (酉) in the earthly branches, for Wu (戊) day pillars, if there is a Hai (亥) in the earthly branches, for Ji (己) day pillars, if there is a Zi (子) in the earthly branches, for Geng (庚) day pillars, if there is a Yin (寅) in the earthly branches, for Xin (辛) day pillars, if there is a Mao (卯) in the earthly branches, for Ren (壬) day pillars, if there is a Si (巳) in the earthly branches, for Gui (癸) day pillars, if there is a Wu (午) in the earthly branches, for Jia (甲) day pillars, if there is a Chen (辰) or Xu (戌) in the earthly branches, and for Yi (乙) day pillars, if there is a Chou (丑) or Wei (未) in the earthly branches. If the wealth element is favorable, then when the wealth year comes, the god of wealth will arrive.

If the Eight Characters have a "Shang Guan" (伤官) as the favorable or supportive element. The source of wealth requires courage to explore and create. Those who are explorers, inventors, or daring entrepreneurs all have "Shang Guan" as their supportive element. They seize their goals and are willing to take any risk to achieve them. For example, real estate tycoon Feng Lun, who wanted to build a city in the air and under the water, was considered a madman by most people. Only those who dare to think and act differently can obtain extraordinary wealth.

The individual must have the ability to bear wealth. For example, Jia (甲) and Yi (乙) wood born in spring, Bing (丙) and Ding (丁) fire born in summer, Wu (戊) and Ji (己) earth born during the beginning of Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, within the first 18 days, Geng (庚) and Xin (辛) metal born in autumn, Ren (壬) and Gui (癸) water born in winter—this is called being in season or in command. Just as good health is the capital of revolution, without good health, one cannot protect their own wealth, let alone actively pursue it.
